I met Rollo about ten years ago through a mutual friend. At the time, he was a cabinetmaker who played guitar but even then knew he wanted to devote his energy to making instruments. Later I wanted an archtop guitar and being left-handed knew I’d need to have one custom-made for me; I commissioned one from Rollo, and this is its story.
